Service Description

This session will teach you how to stretch and gain more mobility in your joints. It will be tailored to your ability and personal goals.

Cancellation Policy

Please give 24 hours if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. If this is not possible you could be asked to pay for the appointment if the slot can not be filled by someone else. It is up to the therapists discretion.
